Contracts

In order to meet the needs of goods, works and services, the contracting authority is obliged to plan public procurement contracts, to be concluded as a result of public procurement procedures, respecting the principles of ensuring competition, efficiency, transparency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and their non-division.

The “Contracts” department is intended for monitoring and managing contracts in public procurement procedures. The module will also provide the possibility to view metadata directly related to the contracts concluded between the Contracting Authorities and the Economic Operators.
