Documentation is the basis of an acquisition. The composition, form and content of the documentation depend entirely on the type and method of acquisition. Documentation requirements are set out:

- public procurement regulations.

The documents are placed and published on the public procurement register mtender.gov.md and can be accessed and downloaded at any time in doc format.
