The Public Institution “CTIF” announces the update of the digital public procurement platform with new functionalities.

The Public Institution “CTIF”, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, announces the expansion of the functionalities of the “mtender.md” platform:

• Uploading lot data via Excel – in the “Small Value Procurement Reporting” module;

• Tax code validation – automatic system completion of the legal entity name when entering the tax code;

• Automatic VAT validation – based on 0%, 5%, and 20% rates;

• Validation of lot/position amounts – to ensure compliance with the total values of the procedure.

Therefore, maintenance work is scheduled for October 3, 2025, between 16:00 and 17:00.
